Franita Ware, PhD, is an educator, researcher, and author specializing in Warm Demander Teachers. With a focus on racial and educational equity, she designs and leads workshops and extended training sessions at helping participants confront ingrained biases and explore ways to dismantle the barriers that sustain educational oppression for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. Her impactful work has received numerous awards.
